Experimental study on the influence of high-frequency vibratory mixing on concrete performance

Abstract The method and parameter of mixing are crucial to the quality concrete, ordinary vibratory is beneficial performance which has been explored in numerous studies. In order study influence high-frequency on concrete more accurately, C40, C50 steel fiber C60 high-strength selected make reach experiments article. After determining optimum ratio, contrast experiment forced (which at a given frequency) was operated first, for studying improvement workability mechanical properties by then exploring change under different vibration frequency slump test, compressive strength freeze–thaw test. results indicate that compared with mixing, splitting tensile all have proposed ages (3 days, 7 28 days) highest rate. There deviation mechanism ages, affected vibration. But context whole helpful working properties, durability concrete. Within scope values best C40 190 Hz, 212 present performance.
